Some of the fabrics are on the cheap side, but I just choose to not purchase them. I never have an issue with getting least one thing I love.

I received my first pink bag a few weeks ago & absolutely loved it! Kept 3 of my 4 items! Even got a phone call from them thanking me for subscribing! And when I had an issue with one of my items, they resolved the problem within 24 hours...hands down best customer service I've ever had! You've definitely got a faithful customer now!
I hate shopping so I Love Nadine West doing the difficult part for me. After filling out a style survey, and adjusting the sizing after my first shipment, my monthly packages have been spot on. And free returns of anything you decide not to keep. Pricing is reasonable, in fact this month I took advantage of a Special and kept everything that was sent to me!!
I signed up for nadine west in June of this year. The match for the clothes has been interesting. Sometimes they hit it out of the ballpark and I want to keep everything, other times there's only 2 or 3 items I want to keep. That having been said, their customer service is phenomenal. I even received a package late and was still able to apply the discount code to keep it all. I love to clothes shop, but I keep buying the same things on repeat and they get me out of my rut. My love language is gift giving and this has been an excellent way to give myself a gift every month. The best advice I can give is that as a plus size customer I wear a Walmart size 1-2x on top and 2-3x on bottom and their stuff runs small because it is size inclusive instead of geared towards plus size, so the tops that fit me are size 3x and the bottoms that fit are the stretchy 3x's. You can rate what they send and they'll adjust your shipment based on what you tell them. Also, they ship to and from Alaska, so I get to enjoy their service, even in the last frontier! The shipping to and from takes an extra week on the receiving end and an 2 extra weeks on the returns, but it's still pretty awesome. I wish I could gift a whole shipment to my sister in California for her try it out as well, since she hates clothes shopping. Definitely reccomend trying it out, and if things don't work out, just send the stuff back and you're only out the styling fee. I've always found something I want to keep, though.

I love surprises and I look forward to it every month. If you’re not getting what you’re looking for, you can just notify them and they will change up the style. Also, everything is very affordable.
I have been receiving shipments since earlier this year and have had all great experiences. They remind me when I don't make it to the PO and allow me to extend my return date. Their customer service is phenomenal - they are very responsive and kind! I look forward to my monthly surprises!!!

I talk to my stylist all the time to refine what she picks for me and I couldn't be happier, because now I can look like a professional at my job instead of looking like I can't dress myself! I have had the experience of dealing with Nadine West for alittle over a year now. And I must say they have been by far the best company that I have dealt with in a long time. My first order was kind of a hit or miss but that's to be expected when you're dealing with a new company. But once they figured out my likes and dislikes it has been just great! On top of loving their clothing they are the BEST company that I have dealt with ever when it came to my account and being all messed up. And not due to them but my bank. Then I had to put my account on pause because my brother had just passed away very unexpectedly and I needed to sort through everything to tie up all the loose ends that go with loosing someone. And so they put my account on pause until I could figure things out. And it took two months longer then I expected but my account was still fine with them and I was able to start up right where I left off. They have been most understanding about everything I was going through and I can't wait to get my next shipment from them! And I can honestly say that the only issue that I have had was one item that was in my package was missing from the order. And without any question they automatically deducted it from my balance for that order. Otherwise it has been great dealing with everyone at Nadine Wests!
